Shipping is estimated at checkout and will vary depending on your location.

 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200AUD

For orders within Australia, deliveries to metropolitan areas typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Upon purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $500AUD

For international orders, the shipping time for parcels sent internationally can take anywhere from 6 to 14 business days for standard services.

Please note the prices shown for products and shipping do not cover any taxes or duties that might be imposed by customs or postal authorities in the destination country.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and chargers are out of our control. You may be charged a fee by the customs authority of your destination. The rules vary so please be mindful of this and refer to your respected custom’s website for more information.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will not be shipped prior to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however, we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.

Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise.

EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES

Check your billing and shipping information carefully- information cannot be altered once purchase is finalised.

Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law. RETURNS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

 All sale items are final sale.

If any items are faulty please contact us via our customer service email. You will be compensated with a store credit or the ability to exchange your item.

All faulty items will need to have tags attached, be unworn and in original packaging. We will inspect all items before issuing credit or exchange.
